- No, the V is "five" as in what comes after IV. I think it is the major
- version number.

- The R is as in "release", not "revision", and there never was a release
- 2 for the Amiga. But I think the intent of the "release" number is the
- same as a revision number.

- Indeed, release 3 is the latest (and perhaps last) release for the Amiga,
- which Tom Rokicki and I ported together. It is a completely new port from
- the latest sources, not an upgrade from the Amiga release 1 sources.
